Make fresh tomato soup quickly

Want to make fresh tomato soup quickly? Make them with canned tomatoes. The tomatoes are canned shortly after harvesting and are therefore super fresh.

  1. Fry an onion in a pot;
  2. Add two cans of tomatoes (if you take whole ones, it is best to cut them into pieces with scissors);
  3. Add about 500ml of water and a stock cube and let it simmer for 10 minutes. You can also add dried or fresh herbs to your own taste.
  4. Mix the soup;
  5. You can always buy meatballs in the freezer and add them to the soup.
