Frequently asked questions.

Questions? We love to answer them.

There is always someone from Studiôme available to help you in case of problems. You can contact us via service@studiome-housing.be with a clear description of the problem and—always helpful—some photos so we can properly inform our maintenance team. Below you will find an informative and technical guide for:
  • Residence De Bond: Discover the guidelines here!
  • Residence Archiv 0.2: Discover the guidelines here!
After office hours, we are also reachable via the emergency number for power outages, heating issues, flooding, and break-ins.

Our lease contracts are always concluded for a term of 12 months, starting in mid-September. This way, the entire academic year is always included.

No worries, all student rooms and studios at Studiôme have their own bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. You won’t need to share the bathroom with your housemates.

Did you know that we also provide a private refrigerator with a freezer compartment in each room? Handy!

Our cleaning teams are present in the residences twice a week, each time for the entire morning. Students are responsible for keeping the kitchens tidy, placing dishes in the dishwashers, and neatly storing their belongings in the provided lockers. This way, the cleaning team can ensure that everything is kept clean and sanitary.

Together with our own maintenance team and various service companies, we take care of the maintenance of the elevators, fire alarm systems, gardens, heating installations, etc.

For each residence, we provide various containers for ‘mixed’ waste (household waste, residual waste, and PMD). This translates to a capacity of approximately 50 liters per student per week.

Students do not need to sort their waste; they should deposit their trash bags unsorted into the containers. The waste management service will handle the sorting.

Students should separately bring glass to one of the glass recycling containers in the nearby area.

Each week, the cleaning service places the containers on the street for collection and then brings them back inside the following day.

The washing machine and dryer can be used provided coins are inserted.

The size of the mattress varies depending on the room type. Generally, it is 90 x 200 cm or 120 x 200 cm for comfort rooms and 140 x 200 cm for our large comfort rooms and studios.

Considering hygiene and personal preferences, the student always provides their own mattress.
