Want to make fresh tomato soup quickly? Make them with canned tomatoes. The tomatoes are canned shortly after harvesting and are therefore super fresh.
Fry an onion in a pot;
Add two cans of tomatoes (if you take whole ones, it is best to cut them into pieces with scissors);
Add about 500ml of water and a stock cube and let it simmer for 10 minutes. You can also add dried or fresh herbs to your own taste.
Mix the soup;
You can always buy meatballs in the freezer and add them to the soup.
